Not less than seven years of clinical experience with at least two of those years
being in progressive levels of management.
Experience within a complex hospital system, providing the understanding of both large
system coordination strategies and the relationship between corporate support and
operating programs.
Experience with fiscal management.
Demonstrated ability to work productively with non-clinical executives.
Leadership role and experience in a managed care market.
Experience in designing, implementing and directing programs which measure and positively modify provider behavior.
Experience in linking provider performance measurement with incentive/reimbursement and risk reward design.
Experience in designing new programs, and managing them for maximal outcomes.
Experience in sustained change management and learning techniques.
