Currently licensed in the State of Minnesota. BA or BS in Nursing, Social Work, or related health care field. Public Health Certification preferred. Masters degree preferred. Specialty certification preferred |

Hospice experience preferred. |
| Job
Knowledge: Thourough in depth knowledge of hospice and end of life care. Thorough in depth knowledge of palliative care. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, public and other providers. Previous experience in quality assurance performance improvement including Joint Commission and Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation. Experience in utilization of statistical and continuous improvement methods in the work environment. Experience in the use of computers as well as knowledge of statistical spreadsheet applications and database. |

Description: The Clinical Services Performance Improvement Coordinator (CSPIC) serves as an expert hospice practitioner, role model, consultant, educator, and change agent for the purpose of providing expert care and improving existing practice and attainment of hospice program objectives.
