Please arrive on time for your dental appointment.

New patients need to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment.

Returning patients need to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late for your appointment, it is considered broken and subject to the Broken Appointment Policy.

When you arrive -

• Please check in at the Registration Desk and remain in the waiting room area.
• You need to be in the waiting room area when your name is called for your appointment.
• Parents and guardians - please check in and remain in the Dental Clinic if your child is under 18 years of age.
• If you need to use the rest room, please tell the receptionist.
• If you aren't in the waiting room when your name is called, you will lose your appointment and won't be able to schedule another one for six months.

Please be respectful of others -

• Cursing, yelling, and rudeness are not allowed toward anyone in the Clinic.
• If you break this rule, you will lose your appointment and will not be able to schedule another one.
• Please, NO FOOD, NO DRINK in the waiting room area.
• Please turn off your cell phone - cell phone use is not allowed.
