• Race begins & ends close to Rice Memorial Hospital
• 4 mile run is USATF Course Certified
• Early Registration is $12; children 12 & under $7 each
• Registration on the day of the race is $17; children 12 & under $12 each
• 16 age categories, 5 deep, for male and female runners

Packets will be available Thursday, June 24 and Friday, June 25 for pre-registered walkers and runners whose registrations are postmarked by Saturday, June 19, 2004. Packets can be picked up in the lower level of the Lakeland Health Center from noon to 5:00 p.m. on both Thursday and Friday. The race registration area will be open from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m. on June 26.

Extra registration forms are available at the following locations: Rice Memorial Hospital, Affiliated Community Medical Centers, Family Practice Medical Centers, Lakeside Press, Paper Place, Rick's Schwinn, Cash Wise Foods, Cub Foods, Chamber of Commerce, Green Mill, Holiday Inn, Willmar Public Library, and Heritage Bank.

Registration will close 15 minutes before the start of the race. Please allow enough time to pick up your race packet.

Parking is available in the Rice Memorial Hospital east lot, Lakeland Medical Center, Midtown Plaza, and at Heritage Bank. Do not park on the parade route. For participant's safety, headphones are not allowed on the course. Strollers are welcome.
