                Pat Wessels

What is the Grateful Patient program? Rice Health Foundation sends a letter to Rice patients after discharge to give them the opportunity to make a financial gift of support. In addition, they will often give their gift to honor Rice employees who have provided excellent care.

When a patient gives a gift, it is a significant expression of praise and gratitude for the dedicated staff who have provided them high quality care and compassion.

Recently, a grateful patient recognized Adult Health Care Nurse, Pat Wessels for her exceptional care!  The Emergency Room Staff were also recognized by a grateful family for their outstanding care.

To celebrate these honors, Rice Health Foundation surprised Pat and the ER Staff with a balloon and card. Employees at all levels are touching lives and should be proud. Thank you for the care and support you provide!

Gifts given to Rice Health Foundation provide equipment and technology needed to deliver the kind of care the people of west central Minnesota deserve, right here ~ close to home.

Please join Rice Health Foundation in congratulating Pat Wessels and the Emergency Room Staff for a job well done!
