Willmar, MN – June 15, 2017 – Just announced, Rice Memorial Hospital was one of five hospitals nationwide awarded the Healthcare Financial Management Association’s (HFMA) MAP Certificate of Recognition in Revenue Cycle Achievement. This national award recognizes organizations that have demonstrated positive financial performance across MAP Keys—HFMA’s industry-standard revenue cycle key performance metrics in patient access, pre-billing, claims, account resolution, and financial management.
Recipients have shown a commitment to improving revenue cycle performance and contributing to the financial success of their respective organizations. The recognition means Rice Memorial Hospital has achieved superior revenue cycle performance, as evidenced by meeting industry-standard performance benchmarks, implementing a patient-centered approach to revenue cycle, and attaining outstanding levels of patient satisfaction.
