More than 150 Awards and Prizes to be Presented at our 15th Anniversary!

Handcarved Goose by Phil Scheevel, Spicer, MN

The top male runner and the top female runner will each receive a handcarved goose made by artist Phil Scheevel. It takes him between 20 and 25 hours to carve each goose, valued at $250.

This is the fourth year that Foot Lake Four has ordered a pair of geese from Scheevel for the top winners. "I have a trophy, too," he teased, "I always keep the original design, even if subsequent carvings end up better because I've worked out a better way to do something." Scheevel has been carving as a hobby for 25 years and works at Green Lake Bible Camp.

Scheevel brings a wood-burning tool to the race in order to add the winners' names to their awards.

First and Second Place winners in both men's and women's divisions listed below will each receive a commemorative mug, valued at more than $15 each.

Age categories: 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70+.

Commemorative Medal

Third, Fourth, and Fifth Place winners in both men's and women's divisions listed below will each receive a commemorative medal.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded at the Walk Director's discretion. Not all prizes will be awarded if not warranted. Prizes will vary according to donations received by event sponsors prior to the race. Each prize will have a minimum value of $15. Prizes received to date:
