Main Entrance
As patients, visitors and family members walk into The New Rice, they are greeted by soft, natural colors, lighting, textures and sounds, all which signal that they are about to experience a whole new kind of hospital, a whole new kind of environment. Our vision for a healing environment came to life with our new Main Entrance. The soft greens in the slate floor tiles are accented perfectly in the natural colors and textures of the wall to the left of the entrance, itself a work of art. The natural light which floods the space, convey to all who enter our doors that healing happens here.
