Psychological Services at Rice Rehab provide consultation and other services designed to assist Rice Rehab clients in receiving the most benefits from their rehab therapies. Through the Psychological Services offered at Rice Rehab, a licensed psychologist is available to meet with the client to discuss his or her current psychological needs. The psychologist will provide consultation and psychological services to assist the clients in receiving the most benefits their rehabilitation therapies.

Services provided include:

Providing consultation with a possible psychiatry referral makes a more seamless continuum of care for the client and family. Psychological services can be accessed by either the therapist suggesting to the client the need to talk with a counselor or the client initiating and requesting to talk with the psychologist. Psychological appointments are conducted at Rice Rehab, and typically will be scheduled in conjunction with other therapy appointments via client request.
