The Rice Rehabilitation Center provides a continuum of care to patients in the hospital, in nursing homes, and at home.

Services include a full range of therapies, such as occupational, physical, respiratory, and speech therapy. We also offer behavior health services, such as psychological and social services.

The Psychological Services offered at RRC are designed to provide consultation and psychological services to assist Rice Rehabilitation Center clients in receiving the most benefits from their rehab therapies.

The Speech Therapy Services at RRC are designed to provide assessment, treatment, and consultation for individuals with language, speech, voice, and cognitive disorders.

Provides swallowing evaluations, including videofluoroscopy.

Provides specialized services that can assist with a variety of diagnoses and disorders, such as Cerebrovascular Accidents (CVA), Traumatic Brain

 

 

The Social Services available at RCC are consultation services to assist both clients and their families with a variety of issues affecting
their personal lives and medical recovery.

  • decrease hospital stays
  • improve capability for carrying out activies of daily living
  • reduce anxiety and depression and increase feelings of control and self-esteem

Provides fitness program for client at maintenance level.
