Babies and Bellies: Fitness Class for Expectant and New Moms

An event every week that begins at 12:15pm on Thursday, repeating until June 7, 2018
For pregnant women at any stage, post-partum women after being cleared by physician (6 weeks to 6 months post-partum).
During pregnancy and after delivery, your body goes through a lot of changes. It is important to be healthy for yourself and for your child. This class offers a variety of strengthening exercises along with education for expectant and new moms that are specific to these changes. This class will be taught by Physical Therapists trained in working with pregnant and post-partum women.
The April 26th class is free! All other classes will be $5/session. Paymet can be made at Rice Rehabilitation Center, or at the class. Please register here.
*Bring a yoga mat if available (there will be a limited amount if needed), water bottle, and tennis shoes. Babies are welcome if they can safely remain in the car seat.
